The Ermine is actually the name of the fur
It is a Stoat when the winter coat does occur.
But they also list it as an animal species of its own
And in Canada, the USA and Siberia, it can make it's home.
It weighs only about fifteen ounces, you see...
And is up to thirteen inches long with a five inch long tail, oh me!
It has thirty-four sharp teeth....
They have babies throughout the year and about thirteen at a time, they can breed.
They only live to about seven years
But they have a difficult life which can make me shed tears.
